Permanent survey at national level
More than 15 thousand visitors waiting to do good business
GASTROMAQ PERU’s team is permanently conducting surveys of gastronomic and hotel trade data: Hotels (international chains, national, provincial hotels, hostels, recreation and tourism centers, etc). Restaurants (All kinds of food, including poultry, chinese food restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops (pastries, pasta factories, etc.), and ice-cream parlors, in the 43 districts of Lima, the 6 of Callao and in the 18 Major cities of Peru.
In a second stage and before the fair, we sent over 55,000 invitations to this large database, which grows day by day.
We also deliver 35,000 free invitations to exhibiting companies so they can invite their client portfolios.
Throughout the campaign, the event is publicized through various graphic materials (posters, flyers, own and other magazines of the sector), e-mailing campaigns and social networks, presence in events of Associations and Related Organizations (AHORA, AFEP, Other sector fairs, etc.).
Finally, weeks before the event, we carry out an intense advertising campaign in graphic media, TV and radio stations in Lima and provinces.
